Cookie Report from Bretagne – part V: Music on the Campgrounds & Slide Show

Hi everybody. Thanks for being patient. Here is the last episode of this year’s Summer vacation report. Today me want to talk about all the fun music on the campgrounds. There was music every day. At the pool you could listen to Summer songs, the Kids Club danced to certain songs and the camping even had its own dance. The song we heard most was Magic in the Air by Magic System feat Chawki. The song was featured a lot during the Euro 2016 Football tournament but at the Holiday Park it also was everywhere. It makes me happy to listen to it. That is why me had to use it for me Vacation Slide Show! Have fun!

Cookie Report from Bretagne – part II: Camping fun

Last week me told you more about the ocean that was right behind the dunes, bordering the camping site we stayed at during our vacation in Bretagne, France. We stayed at Yelloh Village La Plage in Penmarc'h. A fun place with lots and lots to do. It was possible to play Tennis and Midget golf on the camping. There were parties and concerts. You could hire Go-Carts and lots more. Or just relax. Hey, it vacation. Me could do everything me want... this blog will tell you more about all the fun things me did. (pictures by Berry de Nijs)

Have me told about… Afrika Museum?

Have you seen me new profile picture on me Facebook page? Me is also put it here so no worries if you missed it (do not be shy and gimme a follow on either Facebook or Instagram so you get the good stuff first). Me is sitting here in front of all kinds of gorgeous, old and traditional instruments. It was quite the shot to take, me sat on the railing of the balcony, because the instruments were hanging from the ceiling. Where it was, you ask? Well, it was at the Afrika Museum in Berg en Dal, the Netherlands. Berry went there for her blog and me – of course – tagged along! And me is so glad me did. So… Have me told about Afrika Museum?

Fuzzy & Blue Monday

Hey there. Apparently today it is Blue Monday. Well, me Monday’s are always blue, but it means something different. According to a scientific study people experience the third Monday of the year as the most depressing day of the year… O that makes me so saaaad! Me is here to uplift your spirit, because just try to stop smiling if you have a cookie in your hand. So, me will call today Fuzzy and Blue Monday (yeah!).

Enjoying Tom Jones

O boy O boy! Last Saturday me had a blast at the Ziggodome in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Me went with the whole family to see Sir Tom Jones! O boy! Me was so excited. He is so good, me forgot to eat my cookie. No matter how old Sir Tom gets, his Voice is phenomenal. Me do not think he saw me, because we had seats at the back of the room, but me do not mind. Me loved it.

Awesome night of music

You know Cookie has a new shirt? Me talked about it last week. Well yesterday was the day me got to wear it. Because Berry took me to Amsterdam where PJ Morton, Robin Thicke and ofcourse Maroon 5  would be playing a big concert at the Ziggodome! Well let me tell you! Me didn't want to loose a cookie in there for sure. It was huge! Luckily we had front row tickets, so me could sit on the fence and watch PJ rocking his keys, Robin singing Blurred Lines and ofcourse fanmonster when Maroon 5 came to the stage. Me loved it. And me knows for sure Adam saw me shirt, cuz he smiled at me... And Berry ofcourse. It was briefly, but me thinks he liked it. Well, this fuzzy and blue monster sure had Moves Like Jagger! It was awesome night!

Monkey business at the Zoo

You know me likes music. You know me likes to go to the zoo. So... combining zoo with music is the best thing ever - well, not as good as a big room filled with cookies, but you know what me mean, right. So when Berry took me to Apenheul - a monkey and ape specialised zoo - to listen to some classical and modern pieces me was delighted.

Oooo waiting is hard sometimes!

You all know that Cookie gets really excited when me sees cookie... Me want that cookie, no matter what. But me also knows me sometimes have to behave and wait before me can have Cookie... It is called Self Control. Do you have self control? Me sang a nice song about it: Me want it (But me wait).

Maroon 5 Live!

Me loves to go to concerts. Dancing and singing at the Disco! Me loves it. Last Monday Berry took me to see Maroon 5 at the Heineken Music Hall (or HMH) in Amsterdam. Me had a blast! Great music! Great audience! Great night. And Sara Bareilles as support act was awesome too. Me is still singing...

Cookie Report 2010

Me had lots of adventures last year. Berry has made a picture movie of it, with a very great song. Ah... just watch the video. And look out for all the yummy things me was up to in 2010! Me hopes 2011 will be just as yummy!

Funky Music

Hey Music Lovers,

Cookie is still bouncing and dancing because me have watched a really great concert. Me went to see Boris together with Jenny Lane, Caro Emerald and The Wicked Jazz Sounds. It was really really cool!

Holiday on Ice

At the 28th of December me went to see Holiday on Ice - Romanza with Berry and her two collegeaus. In the show were two Famous Dutch people who were first and second at the show 'Sterren dansen op het ijs' (Stars dancing on the ice), Sita and Geert Hoes.

Cookie just got back from a great show! Me went to see THE WIZ at the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht, with Berry ofcourse. It was spectacular! Me clapped me little fuzzy paws totally blue and me was swinging and singing... It was great.

Jazz @ Cees' Place

Cookie is sorry he no is blogging much lately. Me has been very busy. Tasting the fresh cooked bread of Berries dad for example. But me was also very busy napping while Berry was at work. She no even took coffeebreaks away from the computer, so me could write a story about what me has done lately. Well... Me can tell you, me has been a bit lazy. Me no go to the fitness club Berry goes to. Me no go to the Dolfinarium, cos it is closed. Me no go to FC Utrecht for a soccer game, cos it is winterbreak. Me no go to saxophone lessons.

You know, Berry plays the sax. Me think that is cool! When she first started, me tagged along to her classes and listened to her play. But now she has this new backpack for her saxophone, so me can no longer tag along. Me no mind, me stay at home and wait for her.

So what starts with the letter C?
Coegie, the nickname of Berry starts with a C.
And Centraal Station (Central Station), also starts with a C.
And chocolade (chocolat) and Cool and C-formulier (C-form, dunno what it is for thought).
And then there are Citroenen (lemons) and Cola.
