Earth Hour: lights off for Mother Earth

Hi everybody! Me back here in Pet’s Mews with some important news. March 25th 2017 it will be Earth Hour again. Me always celebrate Earth Hour with me friends. Last year me did the #cookiereportearthhour where me asked if you all wanted to help me by posting a picture of you during your Earth Hour. It was a great success (you can read all about it on me blog if you simply click here). This year me hope you all will join in again. But first me will tell you more about Earth Hour.

A is for… the Altravelalphabet

Me have to admit! Me love doing alphabets almost as much as me love eating cookies. Well… almost. Me buddy Dušana, also known of the Instagram account Altravelbunny, celebrated his birthday by exploring the Alphabet with words that are associated with traveling, wonder, nature and the environment. Dušana have been travelling the world, swapping humans on the go, for quite some time before returning home to his human friend, so he has seen a lot of the world. So celebrating his birthday he took us on a trip around the Alphabet all February. It was awesome to spend time and thought in this alphabet. Because me loved the #altravelalphabet so much, me wanted to show you all me pictures me used for Dušana’s alphabet with you in an article. Me hope you will love it too!

You’re a wizard Cookie!

Last week me received a letter from little Hedwig to come to Hogwarts. First me was sorted by the sorting hat and then… Then me went to the Common Room. Me even got to see the bedroom of Harry and Ron! Wow it felt like a dream… maybe it was a dream… Well actually me went with Berry to the press preview of Harry Potter The Exhibition and it was amazing! Let me tell you all about it! Having a Day of Vacation at the Vacation Expo

Since me bestie Berry is a freelance text writer and blogger, she has visited many great expo’s, openings, zoos and museums. For the third year in a row now she took me to ‘de Vakantiebeurs’, or Vacation Expo in Dutch. This expo is huge in the Netherlands and is visited by many people, also from abroad. It starts on Tuesday with a day for press and professionals and ends on Sunday. So it takes up almost a week! The purpose of the expo is that travel bureaus promote their accommodations and destinations so you can find the vacation of your dreams. It awesome. You can travel the whole world… in just one day!

2016: An Awesome Year on Instagram

Me know me not blogging much lately, but me promise me will post more stories next year. It not that me no is online. Me is having so much fun on Instagram. After getting real serious on there last year in the Summer me gained over 3000(!) family, friends and followers! Me feel so blessed! Let me tell you more about the awesome Instayear!

Cookie Report in Pet's Mews

Hi everybody, Cookie here. It been a crazy busy couple of weeks, so me had to postpone some stories me wanted to share with you all. Me will catch up with everybody. You know me! Me just will eat a ton of cookies and will work on a sugar rush hihi. But today me had a little time to tell you about one of me friends on Instagram. Her name is Tipsy and she is a cat who has a human pet that travels with her. Every month with the help of Instafriends Tipsy publishes the coolest newspaper: Pet's Mews.

Meet Mackenzie, the brown bear from Ouwehands

Hey everybody. After the vacation blog madness me is back again with some other stuff. Boy o boy are we spoiled with a beautiful Indian Summer. It really was a heatwave out here. Me no mind though. It perfect weather to go outside. On September 2nd Berry took the day off so we could go to Ouwehands Dierenpark (Ouwehands Zoo) in Rhenen, the Netherlands. Me have been to that zoo before, and last year me told about in a blog called Have me told about… Ouwehands Dierenpark?. Me reserved a big part of that blog to talk about the Bear Forest. Me tell you this, because this time our visit was focussed on the Bear Forest too. You see… they just opened a new exhibit room and Berry wanted to blog about it on her website. Cookie Report from Bretagne – part V: Music on the Campgrounds & Slide Show

Hi everybody. Thanks for being patient. Here is the last episode of this year’s Summer vacation report. Today me want to talk about all the fun music on the campgrounds. There was music every day. At the pool you could listen to Summer songs, the Kids Club danced to certain songs and the camping even had its own dance. The song we heard most was Magic in the Air by Magic System feat Chawki. The song was featured a lot during the Euro 2016 Football tournament but at the Holiday Park it also was everywhere. It makes me happy to listen to it. That is why me had to use it for me Vacation Slide Show! Have fun!

Bonjour friends and Cookie Report readers. Me still is writing about me vacation in Bretagne. We started the journey with more about the ocean, then me told you all about the holiday park we stayed at Yelloh Village La Plage and last week me told you the yummy stories about the Cookie Store of Pont L’Abbe and this week we travel again to me memories of France. You know one of Berry’s hobbies is going to the zoo and me always tags along to see all these amazing animals. During our vacation we went to Zoo de Pont-Scorff nearby Lorient. Cookie Report from Bretagne – part II: Camping fun

Last week me told you more about the ocean that was right behind the dunes, bordering the camping site we stayed at during our vacation in Bretagne, France. We stayed at Yelloh Village La Plage in Penmarc'h. A fun place with lots and lots to do. It was possible to play Tennis and Midget golf on the camping. There were parties and concerts.
